Kickboxing
Our kickboxing classes are a great way to get in shape, build impressive skills and meet new people. Classes consist of kickboxing techniques, strength and cardio training resulting in a great full body workout.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, it doesn't matter if you’re a beginner or already workout a few days a week, you can go at your own pace! We have separate classes for kids (7 – 14yrs) and teens/adults (14yrs +). Our grading system offers realistic goals that increase in difficulty over time as you get fitter and stronger. This goal orientated system enables you to track your skills and fitness (e.g. “I struggled to do one push up when I first started and now I can do 10!”). Having measurable training goals helps to keep you on track and motivated, giving you a reason to push that little bit harder and get the most out of your training.
